Having attended 4/5 shows, I can attest to the vibrant energy of this organization and unique opportunity OLI provides to youth and communities that they are working with. So, if you have the skills listed below, consider applying!

Outside Looking In (OLI), a national charitable organization that ‘provides opportunities for self-expression to Indigenous youth through the arts, while giving Canadians the chance to learn more about Indigenous peoples through performance.”

OLI is looking for individuals who complement their highly talented and qualified Board

Minimum commitment of OLI Board members:
• 4 quarterly Board meetings (December, March, May, August)
• 1 AGM (held in September)
• Attendance at annual OLI performance held in Toronto in June
