The Circle hosted the launch of the Collaborative Circle on Education and Youth Leadership in Ottawa on December 13-14, 2012. In total we had 85 participants for the 1 1/2 day sessions and it was an interactive collaborations of like-minded people coming together.
On the 13th we heard directly from youth perspectives and as well as from Scott Haldane, Cynthia Wesley–Esquimaux, Jackie Price and Amos Key Jr. and on the 1/2 day session we held a Policy Briefing on First Nations Education which was led by Stephen Gagnon.
